(3)Parcelforce next day/ DPD next day for purchase over £30 in UK general area only.

There is a shipping service on each item page. We may change the courier for some special reason. But won’t degrade the service.
2.Post Charge
(1) Free delivery for whole UK for less than 1.3kg parcel.
(2) We are able to ship to Jersey Via Royalmail Package 2days service. But not able to ship via Large Letter service since 1st June 2023.
(3)If the parcel weight over 1.3kg, Free delivery to UK General Area, but for some Remote Areas we will charge extra postage. There is an extra postage added automatically when checkout.

4.Tracking number updates
(1)For the orders placed before 9:00a.m GMT (10 a.m in Summer time) will be processed same working day and the tracking munber will be updated same working day (except weekends and holidays).
(2)For the orders placed after 9:00a.m GMT (10 a.m in Summer time) will be processed next working day and the tracking number also will be updated next working day.
(3)Tracking number will be uploaded to your orders ever working day in the UK noon time. If not tracking number uploaded in time, please contact us to get reason.
Tips:
(1)Parcelforce next day/ DPD next day for purchase over £30 in UK general area only.
(2) If the item is shipped by Royal Mail large letter service, we will upgrade it to TH48 2 days service when there are 3pcs in one order.
(3) If no tracking number updated in time, please contact us with the order number.
